Signing up

How a company signs up for Swaru and chooses its plan.

Create your company

Go to getswaru.com/signup and enter your company's name, your work email, your website if you like, and the plan you want. While we are in an invite-only beta, sign-up needs the invite link we send you.

We email you a link. It works once, for 24 hours, and nothing is created until you open it and press Create my company. That creates your company, makes you its first admin and signs you in.

Your Home page then lists what is left to set up. Answers and replies start once your company has a plan: choose and pay for it on the Plan page.

Already on a team

If someone has already added you to your company's team, you don't need to sign up. Sign in at https://getswaru.com/team with your work email. See Your team.

Choosing a plan

Starter is $29 a month, Growth $79 and Scale $199. Every team member is included on every plan, and your first payment is refundable for 30 days. Plans, limits and billing says what each plan includes.

An admin chooses or changes the plan on the Plan page. If that page shows no plans to choose from, email hello@getswaru.com.
