We want you to be sure, so the first payment is refundable.

Your first payment

If you are not happy, ask within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No questions asked.

Renewals

Monthly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for.

How to ask

Email hello@getswaru.com from the address on your account, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record: they take the payment, handle sales tax and VAT, and issue your invoices and receipts. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
