On behalf of a customer who is leaving: how do they take all their calendars with them before they cancel?
You can export everything before you cancel. Open Settings, then Export, and press Export everything. You'll get an email with a link to a zip within ten minutes, holding every calendar as an .ics file and your team as a .csv. The link works for 24 hours. Only an Admin can export, so the Admin needs to do this.
Cancelling doesn't delete anything, but after the paid period ends only your first calendar stays editable, so it's worth exporting first. See Export your data and Cancel your plan.
