# Reset your password

> Get back in if you can't sign in.

1. On the sign-in page, press **Forgot password**.
2. Enter your work email.
3. Open the link we email you. It works for one hour.

If no email arrives, check your spam folder. If you've lost access to that mailbox, a person has to help: write to help@larkspur.example.
