# Refunds

> When you can get your money back.

You can have a full refund within **30 days** of your first payment. After that, you can cancel at any time, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.

To ask for a refund, write to help@larkspur.example from the address on your account. A person checks it and replies within one working day.
