# Export your data

> Download everything you have in Larkspur.

1. Open **Settings**, then **Export**.
2. Press **Export everything**.

You get an email with a link to a zip within ten minutes, holding every calendar as an .ics file and your team as a .csv. The link works for 24 hours. Only an Admin can export.
